Identified -
Details: We have identified the root cause of the full outage affecting our production platform. The issue is related to a failure in [ our core database infrastructure, authentication service, network infrastructure ecc]. Our engineering team is actively deploying a solution to restore access.
Impact: All users are currently unable to access the web application, API, and all services. No actions can be performed on the platform.
Next Steps: We are deploying a fix to restore access to services and are working closely with our infrastructure provider to mitigate any further disruptions.
